Hi, I wanna watch 3wbf but I'm wondering if theres anything hyper triggering i should worry about? I've looked it up and it seems interesting! Is there anything special you loved about it?
Hi, I’m only on the fourth episode and as far as triggers go, there have been instances of taunting and derogatory slurs toward members of the LGBT community, domestic violence, and mentions of r*pe. I don’t know how triggering these topics are for you (or if they are at all), but I don’t think they’ll keep you from enjoying the series as a whole.
Things I like so far:
The beautiful representation and presentation of members of the LGBT community
The diversity of the cast in general as they don’t fit the stereotypical standards of beauty perpetuated in asian culture (i.e. fair/light skin, slender bodies etc.).
The polyamorous relationship – I haven’t seen much representation of this type of relationship, so I’m interested to see how it’ll be explored and developed
The sets and lighting in the series; as a very visual person, my eyes are feasting in almost every scene
