Down & Dirty: ✔️ This workout is so much fun!! I’m smiling throughout the entire thing! You don’t even realize you’re working muscles until the end and you are drenched in sweat. Wow!! Crazy day at work. Day before back to school = everybody shopping in the deli. Ended up getting stuck at work for a little longer than expected, so my workout for INSANITY is getting pushed back to tomorrow, but mom and I started Country Heat today! It was so much fun! Line dancing really works up a sweat for sure! Plus side is some of the moves remind me of Zumba too~! Definitely had fun with it!
