So bout that killjoy TV show
I got like....one sentence of information on this, if that.
I don’t think that’s enough for me to feel it’s gonna be shot OR good.
Concepts can work as whatever the hell they want to work as long as it’s done by people who can make it work
Take the Lorax (I know i knooowww). General consensus is that it can be done as a children’s book AND TV special because it was done by people who cared. Meanwhile the 2012 movie’s existence was an oxymoron; a story about making a difference before corporate conglomerates take a shit on the environment, and ILLUMINATION.
So it’s gonna have to be a bit before I say shit, bc I hardly know what they’d even be doin with it in the first place! Are we gonna have a Dr. Seuss, or an Illumination?
