Today my cousin took me on a mini tour of the community college in our area. I think it all went well. I'm so thankful that I have awesome cousins. I would of been so lost doing this all on my own. I can't imagine how I would of been going straight into University. I'm starting to let myself believe that this is the path I must take. I always say that everyone goes at there own pace and I think I should listen to myself.
My first day is this coming monday. I don't really have a full understanding of the campus, but I at least have an idea where my classes are. Everything is going to be fine right? I hope I don't feel out of place. I'll probably go 30-45 mins early, but knowing me I'll getting lost is eminent lol During my senior year in high school I walked into the wrong classroom 5 periods in a row and this is out of 6 classes. It's kind of embarrassing, I even sat down and waited to see if I recognized anyone and before the bell rang I left. Praying I don't do anything similar on monday, but I'll just ask around.
I feel like being at home for so long made me curl back into my shell that I worked so hard to get out of, so I'm excited to finally start school again cause I really felt like I lost my sense of direction. Though things started off quite bumpy, I'll level out this ground that I stand on. All things come with time.
