Former-Tulsa quarterback Dane Evans signed a three-year deal with the Eagles following the release of wideout Dorial Green-Beckham, last Friday.

Evans’ teams won nine games total over his first three seasons starting for Tulsa. In 2016, the Hurricanes turned it around, posting a 10-3 record in the quarterback’s final collegiate campaign.
