The circumstance they parted with had been rough, but it was nothing to fret over. Each of them did what he thought should be done, and that was that. The ordeal didn’t change Aomine’s opinions of the grey-haired boy, however. “I don’t have any candy to give you,” he said warily, intending to end the conversation as soon as possible.

Big mistake.

The next thing he knew, cold autumn winds were running across his bare legs, giving him goosebumps.
