Shut up
One thing she'd learned in her years as a kunoichi was that there were few peaceful ways of cutting in on a person like Anko Mitarashi when she had already picked up a full head of steam. There wasn't really much that could be done civilly, and scuffling with the woman (which wasn't her style, at least not over such petty matters) was completely ridiculous.
For one, Anko seemed to enjoy it far too much.
One sure-fire method of getting a word in edgewise, however, was just pouncing the older woman and planting a kiss on her. Sometimes it was a risk: she might not get away without being bitten or scratched, depending on the day. However, it tended to be a worthwhile risk, as in the few moments afterward when Anko was confused or dazed, she could vocalize her retorts in peace.
Often she then won whatever argument they were having, too.
