Reposted from @retroscifiart Artwork by English artist Dan Hillier. @mrdanhillier Dan Hillier is an English artist born in 1973 in Oxford, who currently lives and works in Stoke Newington, London. Most of his work is the product of collages with Victorian images, which he then processes in Photoshop, mounting and completing with his own ink drawings. The result is a curious mix of classical elements, where symmetry and the fusion of humans and animals predominate. He studied Illustration and Graphic Arts at Anglia Ruskin University in Cambridge in 1995.
