Serena scanned the pages of the diary, but the REAL GG posted it. In 5x22 (the 'I love you, you know that right?' episode) the real gg gets her (lol HIS) laptop back. The first blast the real GG sends after Serena stops being GG is the one of Blair arriving to Brooklyn. In 5x23, at the end, the REAL gg posts one of the pages of the diary that Serena scanned, but Serena is not the one posting it.
