Dylan was a Rescue Hero in Training with an Ice Dragon Quirk and a love for street dancing. He could breath ice and was half-dragon. But when he was younger, his Father rampaged and badly hurt his Little Brother, making him terrified of ever using his full form. He escaped and found the police, but Daniel's injuries were too much and passed away
