Ryan Harrison is an old quirkless Bnha oc who I've repurposed to be Dylan's best friend and street dance partner. He's all about not needing powers to be a hero : )

I also may have made him related to Devon because of both of them somehow having the same surname.....

He won't get any powers in the story, he's just Dylan's bff

Revamping an old Bnha oc for Dragon Dance!

Bonus younger Brother, the brown haired one

Dylan was a Rescue Hero in Training with an Ice Dragon Quirk and a love for street dancing. He could breath ice and was half-dragon. But when he was younger, his Father rampaged and badly hurt his Little Brother, making him terrified of ever using his full form. He escaped and found the police, but Daniel's injuries were too much and passed away
