Miss Martian
The back story on M'Gann M'orzz, the extraterrestrial heroine known as Miss Martian, remains unrevealed. Whether or not she is a Green Martian like her ‘uncle’ J’onn J’onzz, a White Martian like her comic book counterpart, or something else entirely remains unknown.
Similar to the Martian Manhunter, M’Gann possesses powerful telepathic abilities. She can additionally fly, has super strength, can turn invisible along with shapeshifting powers. With such an impressive array of abilities, M’Gann was quickly recruited into the Justice League. In that she was quite young however, her membership in the League was provisional.
Although Batman appeared to be the least interested in taking on the role as her mentor, he was the Leaguer M’Gann was the most insistent in learning from and whose approval mean the most to her.
While the Dark Knight was begrudgingly impressed with M’Gann’s abilities, he was not yet sure that she had the maturity and discipline needed to be a part of the Justice League. His mind was changed, however, when M’Gann demonstrated great valor and fortitude aiding the League in its battle against the Fatal Five. Having very much earned her spot, Miss Martian was made an official member of the team.
Actress Daniela Bobadilla provided the voice for M’Gann with the young heroine appearing in the animated feature, Justice League Versus The Fatal Five.
