When someone tells me they've never seen Young Justice
(Young Justice: Targets #3)
Many fans of Young Justice, including myself, can agree that Young Justice: Phantoms was absolutely sensational. This season was beautifully crafted by engrossing storytellers like Greg Weisman, Brandon Vietti, and many other creatives behind the series. From the innovative storylines to the focus on characters we all love to watch, Young Justice: Phantoms solidifies why the HBO Max original is one of the greatest superhero shows in all of media.
However, we must keep in mind that a fifth season renewal for Young Justice is not a sure bet. Like many shows, especially programs exclusive to streaming services, it's important to exemplify a fanbase's love for a series with high viewership numbers and frequent discussions on social media in order to get more seasons of it.
For the uninitiated, if you want more seasons of Young Justice, please do the following:
Spread the word on social media, let @wbd, @hbomax, and @warnerbrothersanimation know that we want more Young Justice.
Use hashtags in your posts related to the show like #RenewYoungJustice, #KeepBingingYJ, and #SaveEarth16
Purchase the tie-in comics and other affiliated merchandise related to Young Justice like DVDs. If we buy enough issues of the tie-in comics, such as Young Justice: Targets, we may even see the regular return of the comic series as well.
Arguably the most important factor in getting more Young Justice though is to binge the show like crazy on HBO Max. Leave it on in the background if you have to, but watch as many episodes of the show as you can to increase those viewership numbers. Warner Brothers Discovery will hopefully take notice of how much steam the show's been getting and possibly renew it for a fifth, or maybe even more, seasons.
We've saved this show once in the past, and we can do it again! If we keep up everything listed above, we'll have a renewal announcement in no time. It'd be a real shame to let Young Justice end now when there's so much more story to tell. Remember to stay whelmed, feel the aster, and crash all modes!

I can’t believe it’s been nine months since this season began. There have been plenty of ups, some downs, lots of laughs and plenty of fun discussions that we’ve had. And here we are, at the potential end of it all. It’s been a hell of a season, and while I can’t believe we’ve made it to the end, I’m so grateful to each and every one of you who experienced it with me.

We haven't seen much of Mist and Livewire in Young Justice, but what we've seen of them, I ship the two to the frickin' moon!
I sincerely hope that Tim will at least get a couple lines in the final arc of Young Justice: Phantoms, it'd be insane to not have him included in an arc that'll likely focus on Dick

In regards to Arc 5 of Young Justice: Phantoms, I'd love to see the next couple of episodes delve a bit into the backstory of Rocket. I'd love to learn more about how she gained her powers, and why she decided to become a superhero. It'll also be intriguing to see how she balances being a member of the Justice League and a mom too.
On the topic of other characters and their respective storylines in this arc, I'm hopeful we'll see the long-awaited therapy session between Beast Boy and Black Canary. The former needs to come to terms with his depression and begin a natural healing process. In a perfect world for me though, we'd also get a little more screentime of the Outsiders and the Team in action while making sure to keep focus on both Rocket and the intergalactic shenanigans that will very likely happen.

The name, "ClockworkFirefly", came from the amalgamation of Stanley Kubrick's A Clockwork Orange and Joss Whedon's Firefly.
The former is one of my favorite movies of all-time, and I consider the latter to be one of the most imaginative and wittiest science fiction programs out there.
I wanted a username that sounded really badass as well, which ultimately led me to coming up with "ClockworkFirefly". The username not only fit my quota, but it mixed together my love of these two franchises too!

I love how in the episode, "Exceptional Human Beings", Lady Shiva comments, "It's a fool who thinks anger will help in battle. There's power to be drawn from grace, from serenity".
However, come "I Know Why the Caged Cat Sings", Lady Shiva is seen losing her temper, shouting at the top of her lungs, huffing and puffing like a war horse, and even recklessly killing her own men.
We go from "If I feel disrespect... you'll know..." to "YOU DARE BETRAY MEEEEEE?!?"
Props to Lady Shiva's voice actress, Gwendoline Yeo, for the phenomenal performance in today's episode.

One of my favorite podcasts out there is "Whelmed: The Young Justice Files", and I was fortunate enough to get the opportunity to be interviewed in an episode regarding the villains of Young Justice.
We discussed what makes a good villain, who were some of the most well-written villains in the series, and what other villains from the DC universe I'd love to see pop up in Young Justice someday.
