I'm rewatching sense8 for my annual pride rewatch and I just love all of these people ok, life is just more beautiful colourful emotional and precious when you live it with other people. I love you Nomi, Sun, Riley I love you Lito, Will, Kala, I love you Wolfgang, I love you Capheus I love you chosen family Amanita, Hernando, Daniela, Felix, Jela and blood family Shiro, Kala's parents and so many others .... I love Wolfgang & Lito's relationship and I think there was a real missed opportunity for Wolfgang to be protective of Dani over Joaquin and their shared awful gangster families so here's a tiny bit of that. Double the throuple (plus Felix), double the fun.

That particular villa was chosen for Rajan's business trip because it had a pool, and as big as the tub at Lito's apartment was, it couldn't fit more than three. The location was chosen because now that Wolfgang had met Dani in person and heard more about Joaquin, they weren't done.

Dani was kind enough to draw them floor plans of Joaquin's place—right down the street from where they were staying—complete with little hearts where she remembered his valuables being stored. Hernando, like Rajan, was a bit apprehensive about the situation, though he did compliment her on her artistic talents and stylistic choices. Pointedly staring at him while drawing one more heart, Dani asked, "Did I ever mention that he has a Diego Rivera drawing?"

Hernando blinked and stammered, "He what?"

"You know you want it…" she sang.

"I…well…" He took his glasses off, too flustered to embrace perfect vision. Wolfgang caught Lito's eyes as they both had the same lurid thoughts about his man. "I mean…"

Sense 8 - Season One with Lyra!

Hi Friends!

In this episode we were joined by our amazing friend Lyra (aka @autumnknight) for a discussion about the first season of Sense8! We had an awesome conversation about the concept of psychic connections and share abilities in different media over the years. We talked about the various relationships among the sensates in the show and the way they share things both mentally and physically. We dug into some of the different challenges they face and the way they're able to work together to overcome problems. Most importantly, we screamed A LOT about how much we love various characters and their partners in the show.

This show has a variety of dark themes that it deals with, some of which we discussed in more depth than others. While we didn't go into detail about ALL of these topics, please be warned that we do get into discussion about a lot of heavy material.
