Because I'm awesome and took five minutes to compile this (very rough and quite possibly wrong) list based on my understanding of her arc:

age 19 - #36 (this one's confusing because it says "11 years ago", but #26 happened "10 years ago" and that's when she dyed her hair. For the first time, if her expression is anything to go by. So those marks might not be accurate and the two events probably happened very close to each other)
