It’s no secret that Mingyu is beyond in love with cute little puppies. He has one of his own, and needless to say, he treats Peanut like an actual angel. His entire belief system is based on wether you like animals or not; if you love animals, especially puppies, you better except that this giant puppy is gonna cling on to you for dear life and just bombard you with photos of Peanut.

So if you were actually afraid of these small little creatures, Mingyu would immediately want to know why, and how. It just so happens that such said scenario was being played out right now. He was walking Peanut around the city, dressed like a little sunflower (as peanut is Mingyu’s sunshine, and he wants to show off his little ball of fluff). Naturally, Peanut would bark or scurry around like the hyper little pup he is, but Mingyu never had Peanut running up to a random stranger, and said stranger was somehow terrified of his pup’s loving gestures (which included barking and trying to cuddle at the other’s feet).

“It seems my pup really likes you.” Mingyu chuckled as he carried Peanut up in his arms, trying to calm his little child. “Do you wanna pet him?” He said, although it was obvious the other’s want to be near his pup, Mingyu just took his reaction as initial shock, like how most people would do after seeing a dog suddenly up close, and then end up petting it after.

     Deviating from his usual choice of locations to indulge in a healthy cup of tea which honestly had dwindled down to either Black Forest Cafe where more often than not it was accompanied by a delicious slice of cake, or The Flower Mill simply and only because Jungkook was there, Jimin had found himself in a small and cosy establishment in the Bohemian district this windy day. His go to place used to be Miach before the male began working there, and whilst he absolutely abused all employee rights to their products to the maximum without a lick of shame and treasured near every minute spent there, a change was in place. New experiences, checking out options, whatever you want to label it as.

     Which then he blames own foolishness for even deciding to enter a new cafe altogether when it quickly became clear all tables were occupied, and he’d already ordered, cup of steaming jasmine green tea in hand. Well. Dammit. He’d have to bother someone then, and hope for the best. Quick scan of the room and he was on the move because standing around looking like an idiot would only bring more attention to him, Jimin approached a more or less relaxed looking guy around his age from the looks of it, would have found humorous the fact they both had glasses perched atop nose -- though his had no lenses, a mere accessory -- if he wasn’t too busy beating down imageries of what’s the worst thing that could happen? Many things, he could trip right now and send all that precious tea on the male’s lap and regret ever stepping foot in this town. Unconsciously his grip on the cup tightened just tad.  “Hi? Sorry I don’t want to intrude or, um, anything but all the tables are taken and I have no place to sit.. Would you mind if I took a seat here?”  Words came out quiet and tone took a slightly pleading quality as he glanced around as if to back his statement, not all tables were entirely occupied actually but too late to correct that now, apologetic smile was offered then as he stared down at the other with a sparkle of hope and steadily felt far too hot under the turtleneck collar than he had any right to be. Terribly awkward.
