Your basketball art (which is fucking amazing) made me think of a rugby AU. I love rugby, and I love how high contact it is. Imagine Dani trying out for Grace's team and everyone takes it as a joke, even Grace, and then Dani tackles her clean off her feet because her ankles were wide open lol. I need to write this

I canny get over the way you characterise Ymir and Historia. Like Ymir, who people THINK is the equivalent of a scary dog, but she's actually a complete weenie. And then Historia, who looks sweet and innocent but is actually holding a detonator like "if you motherfuckers don't clap for my gf right now I'm blowing up this building." Absolutly unparalleled. Peak. Love yer work

I'm sorry for taking so long to respond to this, I wanted to leave it until I was feeling my best to give this a proper response

You appreciate the true, unfiltered essence that is YumiHisu. It's so cool to know I'm not the only one lol. Like yeah cutesy, innocent uwu girl Historia is a thing and I can enjoy it, but that's like, her literal façade in the anime. She's literally not an innocent, over-compassionate goddess. She's complicated, bitter and has no clue what she's doing.

Ymir acts super selfish to mask how much she actually does care. I love playing with these pieces of their personalities, and how they come together as a couple because of that. They compliment each other so well.

I still love YumiHisu. I think I will forever love them. It brings me so much joy to still get an ask about them, even so many years later and even yet, so long since I stopped writing.

Thank you for sending this. Thank you for enjoying my interpretation and presentation of them, and for taking your time to write this out to me. It really means so much.

I hope you, and others, can continue to enjoy my Ymir and Historia, because I do plan to still write for them. I'm just taking it slow as I take writing back up.
