Mind, Body, Soul
I went to my first yoga class today. Being honest I was terrible.
I put myself through an hour of full body stretching and balance poses, two things my body was not prepared for. But now, 6 hours later, I can see the appeal of the nightmare.
For the first time in a long time my residual back and knee injuries haven't bothered me all day, my shoulder hasn't ached, the only pain I've had was my still injured foot.
For the first time in 3 months I feel clear and focused, but also I have this feeling that when I go to bed tonight I could finally get some well deserved peaceful sleep.
Now I'm not saying that yoga is a magical cure to life problems, but if ONE session has made a difference for me, I may as well book in for a daily class, hopefully being able to heal my body inside and out with help from an hour of what my body considers torture in the 1st degree. Because while I hate the action I love the results, and that seems good enough for me.

Feeling very productive with my studies this semester. Really happy with my grades so far. Such a difference taking classes that you're actually interested in makes.
My stepdad was taken to hospital this morning for a suspected heart attack and although hes been discharged and is doing better, I'm scared. I'm scared cause it was caused by an infection from the flu that he has that he caught from me and that's all my mum would go on about, how I caused it. And I'm scared because I know it isn't my fault but the way everything has happened I feel like it is.
Revision for my exam on Tuesday (worth 45% of my grade) has made me have to remake my flashcards onto sturdier paper because my gross but anxious sweaty hands and crying out of nervousness ruined the last set. Yay!
Spending my winter break in Europe since I have no exams this term. If anyone has recommendations for things to do feel free to lmk ❤
Hope everyone is having a stress free exam season
Chem notes for my upcoming practical exam. So nervous but I get to take handwritten notes in which gives me reassurance.
