The name Danger Hill is actually in English in the original song. Quite a violent song, considering I was taught it, when I was 5.

Finally it worked..  Well anyways.. I just felt like singing a song so I did and now it's on the internet machine for ever and ever..  It's a Danish saaong used for church and such (Which you might notice anyway)

Denmark and our weird kids music.

Here in Denmark we have a great tradition for singing songs to our children, both in the family and in kindergarten. Though, throughout the years the words in the songs have stopped making sense, since many of them were written in the 18th century. 

This is a danish kids song, I have translated. Now read it and tell me if you think this make sense:

From Engeland to Scotland a Brig was sailing With holes in both ends and rotten mast and rig. And good luck for that, we come from far far away. Congratulate the Captains wife when we see America.
