I touched on this a little bit in that last OC thing I posted for him, but co-owning STYX with Gretta is pretty up there for him. He spent a good amount of time in his younger days unemployed, and finally managed to get a steady (if not desirable) desk job, so having a successful business of his own is huge for him.
