5 Reasons You Should Be Shipping Slannan (Slan x Dannan)

1. They’re both pretty immortal ladies: Both of them are beings who have the potential of having a long and fascinating history. Elfhelm did lie in the Interstace, which means that interactions between them are entirely possible

2. They’re the definition of “opposites attract”: You have a hyper sexual, masochistic demoness and a dainty, soft spoken fairy ruler. It’s a great combo.

3. Their color palettes compliment each other: Slan is the big tiddy goth girl who uses box dye and has an entire closet of corsets. Dannan is the pastel sweetheart with cotton candy hair and a collection of Sanrio plushies. Simple as that.

4. Slan likes people who play hard to get: That woman loves a good challenge and what more with Dannan, the leader of the elves who probably despises the God Hand and apostles. Not only would Dannan give her a run for her money but this would this be a dope enemies to lovers couple.

5. Men don’t deserve them: I said what I said.

The things I would do to have Slan and Dannan look at me the way they’re staring at those undeserving men. Better yet, I want them to look at each other that way.

So I don’t think anyone has talked about this so allow me to present my Berserk rarepair: Slannan. Not only would this be one of the sexiest ships in the entire series, but the concept of a goth demon goddess and a floral fairy queen is something that can actually be so personal.

Is there poison spreading throughout the island now?

Note: berserk 367 spoilers ahead!!

If you are referring to what's brewing up on Griffith's feet at the last page of chapter 367, this isn't poison.

These things look like faces, so this is something that we are already very familiar with.

Remember in episode 366 that Casca's protection amulet by Flora was effaced when she saw Griffith (Guts' protective markings on his brand were also effaced by Slan during Qliphoth, so this is a thing that happens). So the same wraiths that so far have followed Guts at night are haunting Casca now. They are starting to show up at Griffith's feet.

It is also full moon right now, where magical energy is at its highest. If Guts also gets his protective amulet effaced for whatever reason, we might be in for a climax similar to the Birth Ceremony (it was in part caused by two branded people traveling together). Griffith's Maelstrom may contribute to this, but we don't know for sure yet.

While it's definitely not poison, whatever is going to happen is threatening Elfhelm's very existence. The Great Cherry Tree has lost all of its blossoms and Dannan actually collapsed, stating that something (the wraiths) will creep up from the earth.

It seems the cherry tree didn't die off entirely yet, so there might be hope.
