more difficult for me to remember specific ones offhand because his entire persona is a dozen innuendos stacked on top of each other but
"i'll tongue whatever i want, mate"
does "do i need to have a word with you?" count as an innuendo? i say it does so it's on the list
shouting about getting demonitized every time he sees even a glimpse of phil's legs or arms or collar because it's his way of bragging to the rest of us losers that he's got what we want
relatedly, telling phil to do things like lick a spatula on close-up cam to "give the people what they want" as if the people is not just dan
"i'll be so good at..... ice lollies."
