I am finally feeling better and booked a yoga class later today to get rid of anything that might be left in my body. Sometimes a really good work out helps my immunsystem to get back on track. I work out at @poweryogacopenhagen that has an awesome yoga class where they play Wutang and other old school hip hop. It can really make a bad day perfect! I will enjoy the next hour relaxing with a cup of coffee before my yoga class at four.
