what is your ultimate goal in life ?

To be happy. I know it’s stupid, but the last two years happiness has been so far away for me because of events in my life. All I want right now, is to be happy and even if I am at time and again, I want to feel happy more than just the small glimpses I get. Happiness is so underrated, I wish more people would realize how important it is. So my utlimate goal is to be happy.

I know that these don’t seem to be writing-related quotes, but they capture a great deal of the reason why I write: it’s about bearing the weight of pain and time and love and sacrifice, and sometimes that–in a personal and global sense–is too much for one heart or mind to take. So I just have to write.

Make every word count. Write all your fiction like fanfiction, and all your fanfiction like poetry.

ahh tysm, you’re too sweet! <3 as for cdrama recs, i don’t know which genre you like so i’m just gonna rec ones i’ve enjoyed :)

when a snail falls in love (my #1 fav drama of all time tbh!! it’s a crime drama with a slowburn romance and i love it sosososososo much!!)

nirvana in fire (historical drama that has left me an emotional wreck like tbh sometimes i still cry about it)

ode to joy (LADY FRIENDSHIPS ARE BEAUTIFUL AND AMAZING AND I LOVE THIS DRAMA SO MUCH I’M SO EMO - btw there are two seasons to this one)

boss and me (one of my fav cdrama romcoms ever!! it’s so delightfully sweet and fluffy and makes my heart so happy every time i watch it!!)

medical examiner dr. qin (another crime drama that has such a great ot3!! romance is pretty much non-existent but the moments between the 3 leads definitely more than make up for it)

love o2o (from the same author that wrote the novel for boss and me and this drama is equally as cute and fluffy and the otp is so beautiful to look at together like they’re both so pretty i can’t even)

the eternal love (a historical romcom webdrama that honestly kind of snuck up on me?? the female lead has two souls stuck in her body and it’s honestly really funny watching her switch back and forth between the soul from modern times and the one from the ancient times. also the otp has really great chemistry and will suck you in with all of their cuteness!!)

I just started it and I'm on episode 14!! It's so good

it is definitely entertaining, i just struggle to get through it since i’m constantly pausing it to groan from that much second hand embarrassment lol. episode 14 though?! you are a god among men...
