one of my white friends likes to come to school cosplaying and wearing lolita clothes (not really but you can tell shes trying to imitate the style?) and after talking to one of my friends we both feel uncomfortable with her doing it? like theres a weeabo/fetishization vibe we get from it but at the same time i feel like its not my place to tell her she shouldnt be doing it (im chinese), but as well that we are in high school so everyone is super judgey and she's just expressing herself (part 1)
