I am so so happy

I feel pretty satisfied with Black Clover's ending personally, I maybe cried a little bit at seeing it come to its end after so long, I'm just so happy for them all after everything they went through

Sure, there's stuff that wasn't really covered due to it being kinda rushed in the end, but... that's what fanfiction's for! I'll be hanging around for a long time yet, I reckon, because my love for Black Clover remains and I have a TON of stories to tell (the anime's coming back too!). I hope I can keep seeing you guys around for at least a little while too!

Literally the closest we'll ever get to them being canon is them VAGUELY looking in each other's direction, however I am still overjoyed because being on a colour page together is literally the first time they've been in the same place 💙🖤

If I had a nickel for every time I shipped Grey with a scary, unapproachable one-eyed individual who was born on June 27th, I would have two nickels, which isn't a lot but it's weird that it happened twice.

You know how I did that tiny angel/demon AU for Day 7 of VaniGrey Week?

It's coming back! I'm making a slice of life all about how Noelle deals with minor inconveniences and moral dilemmas with Grey and Vanica "guiding" her. Chapter 1 will be a classic case of debating the Trolley Problem which spirals into chaos because what else did you expect from Vanica + the Black Bulls? I'm calling this fic Pocket-Sized Vanigrey because they can fit in Noelle's pockets.

Said pockets can be used as either a quiet space for Grey when she's stressed or as a jail for Vanica to prevent her from biting fingers and attempting murder, so I made this meme:

I feel like we're all sleeping on Grey's Halloween chaos potential.

Why dress up when you can just BE a monster or spirit? I feel like this is one of those times where we'd see the chaos gremlin Grey from the Underwater Temple arc (Tabata bring her back, let her be a silly feral creature), and she'd totally get into the spooky spirit and scare the shit out of her squadmates all night. Like, the mischief in her just awakens for this one night and the base becomes an actual nightmare to live in for the next 12 hours because there are actually real ghosts and werewolves and things in there. Well, at least there's only one... right?

Yeah no, she'll transform any other Bulls who want to take part in terrorizing their squad so you'll run away from a headless horseman straight into a giant spider. Nobody has any idea who or what anyone else is until they admit to their crimes in the morning.

But this is where Grey has a weakness, because she's very easily spooked, so every time she transforms more squadmates and sets them loose, it inevitably ends up backfiring when one of them spooks HER in a dark corridor. It still doesn't stop her from enabling them though.

Nacht has tried to ban the shenanigans because "they're not being productive and they're staying up too late". Yami does not enforce the proposed Halloween ban because he finds it hilarious to watch.

Please help, I've spawned a new idea-

Ghost Vanigrey solving their own murder. That sounds very fun. They wake up one morning and find they're dead but can't remember what happened or who did it. Vanica's invisible but can move things, and Grey can be seen by the living but can't interact with her environment. And these two have to combine their abilities to try and lead the detectives to any important clues they find while figuring out who killed them.

It won't be a giant epic, I have too many of those. I think around 10 chapters or so. It'll be cool 💙🖤

I ended 2024 with 10 total fics, 4 of them just dipping my toes into a silly new rarepair I was experimenting with. Here on Tumblr, I was basically a ghost, and had been since 2020.

I ended 2025 with 39 total fics. 29 of them are dedicated to that same ship, and my love for them consumes my brain. I also started posting WAY more and just rambling on about my love for them, trying to spread the joy they give me.

I also ended 2025 with a couple pieces of art that I was brave enough to post here after learning to love drawing again, and I even hosted an event for the first time! This was a big year for me fandom-wise.

May the adventures continue in 2026! I wonder what the future will bring?
