Bars aren’t exactly Timothy’s scene but he was invited to someone’s party and he had trouble saying no to the guy.
While everyone else got drunk and made him reconsider his life choices, he’d remained entirely sober throughout the entire time. He is the designated driver after all.
Unfortunately, the man who invited him was harassing women, making them uncomfortable. Timothy tries to direct him back to the table, apologising profusely to every woman he’d seen his ‘friend’ make uncomfortable.

Merrick hadn't been at the bar for long. But it was long enough to witness the man harass two women, and suddenly it wasn't just a night out anymore. But there was a complication. It looked like he wasn't alone, accompanied by a group and someone who seemed way too nice to be his friend.
She was intrigued by him, to be honest. His manner of style reminded her of when she traveled abroad...more than eighty years ago. Smoothing a hand over her dress, Merrick watches them intently from the bar counter. Sipping on her drink.
