I feel really dumb but I can't remember what's the difference between a skinchanger and a warg or if there is one?
A skinchanger is anyone who bonds with any animal and can move their mind to the animal's body, control them, etc. A warg is a skinchanger who's bonded with a wolf. (source) The word is probably GRRM borrowing from Tolkien, but the original source is Old English for "wolf".
Jon is a warg, Bran is a warg and a skinchanger (ravens), Arya is a warg and a skinchanger (cats), Orell was only a skinchanger (his eagle), Borroq skinchanges his boar, etc.
People use the term "warging" to mean controlling any animal or human, but I don't think that verb is ever used in the books. GoT just uses "warg" to mean any skinchanger, but that's GoT and they're wrong. :)

isn't there a quote somewhere in the books mentioning that Robb Stark died twice? Once when he was killed and again when his wolf died? I could be completely wrong on that, since it's been so long since I read the books...
I don't think so. Can't find that quote in a search of ASOS at least.

ah, this is my favorite theory...holding out hope for a rebellion led by Jon Blackfyre :D
Jon's not a Blackfyre, he's a Snow. Blackfyre specifically refers to the descendants of Aegon IV's bastard son Daemon Blackfyre, who took the name from the Valyrian sword his father had given him. It does not refer to any Targaryen bastard, and most have been Waters (with a few significant Rivers).

730 at the moment. It's a vicious circle; I answer asks and that just means people see I'm answering asks and send more. (33 asks arrived this week, sigh.) But I think probably at least 400 are just saved conversations that I haven't deleted. I don't know anymore. :/
