Dapur Lacete Season 2 Episode 2 : What’s your story?
On April 9th 2021, It was another starry night, when we treat our eyes, ears and brains in Dapur Lacete Season 2 Episode 2.
It was quite an insightful evening when we learned a lot from the winner of 2016 emerging writer award, Dahlia Rasyad. She wrote a novel titled “Perempuan yang Memetik Mawar” (A Woman Who Picked a Rose) . The novel concern was about the South Sumatera culture, tradition and its view of women. However, that night was not about the novel. It was a casual talk about how is it to become a writer. The crowd was quite enthusiast, and Dahlia was very kind to share all her knowledge about creative writing. Hence the theme of this episode.
That night, our eyes were refreshed by the henna painting of Sisca Syahenna. While we are familiar with henna painting on bride hands, Sisca showed her works on paper using henna. Her floral art designs are exquisite, no wonder she became exceptionally famous as a henna artist. Her artworks are just amazing.
A night wouldn’t be complete without a music performance. We invited @nrkholik_ to entertain us with his guitar strum. He is a young, rising, guitarist. You can check his Instagram to check out how he plays his guitar.
And to make the night just right, our buddy @mokad_tobacco open their stand and showed us their best quality tobacco and of course, letting us taste them.
