It’s such an incredibly strong, terrible feeling missing my ex best friend. Her life is so fucked up and she won’t even talk to me though I’ve done nothing to her. I miss her a lot and it’s so crazy because she sucked at being a good friend. I miss the times we had together....
I just sent Daranee a birthday message on Facebook even though we aren't friends anymore. It was probably a mistake, but hopefully she'll just be pleasantly surprised that I remembered her birthday. I don't even care if she replies. I miss her, and that's crazy because she was a terribly flaky friend, but we spent a lot of years together and those good memories are still a part of me and that won't change.
I even miss her family.
Even though they all sucked. Besides Lucy. I still kind of like Lucy. I miss calling Shaun Shaunybear and picking on him because he was the youngest. With his buzz cut that we would always kind of pet and the way I secretly wished he would never turn out like Matt. I almost even miss Matt even though he was and probably still is the biggest asshole I’ve ever met. I miss calling Sam Sammy and ADIDAS and talking until he just walked away from being annoyed. I miss how he was the nicest of the brothers because he was oldest. Hey got me into good music back in the day like Rise Against, Breaking Benjamin, Three Days Grace, Chevelle, Red Jumpsuit Apparatus, My Chemical Romance, and 30 Seconds to Mars. They wanted me to play WOW with them and waste my life away getting to level 70 three or four times. We would all walk to the park near their house and play on the playground until all the little kids ran away because Matt had scared them off. We would jump off swings and run up slides. We would just do straight up crazy shit and it was fine that they weren’t really the best friends I could have had at the time because we had fun. I miss it somehow even though I’m better off now than I ever was back then.
I miss Daranee.
I don't know wtf happened between us, and she was never a very good friend to any of us because she was so flaky, but I miss her crazy, ghetto, half-Asian, Barbie-figured ass. We used to have so much fun. She was my "pimp" and I was her "prostee" and she had that annoying snort laugh and the one where she would just say AhoyAhoyAhoyAhoy really fast in that way only she could do right. Erica, Kailey, Daranee, and I. And later Riley. Even though 2/5 of us were bitches, we were still a group. I miss being 12 through 16. Then I don't, because everyday of it sucked.
The awkward moment when you're creeping through Facebook pictures of your ex best Asian friend since you were 7 and kinda actually MISS her, even though she's even more flaky and promiscuous now. :S
