Sandara x Penshoppe: Press Conference & Denimlab Fashion Show

As of writing this blog post, Sandara is probably on her way back to Korea after spending almost 5 days here in Manila.

I’m always left in a trance after going through a KPOP-filled week (Read my KPOP Diary here). This time, it’s with the one and only krungy, Sandara Park of 2NE1. As a solid YG stan, my fangirl heart fluttered relentlessly after getting an invitation to see Sandara up close during her Press Conference for Penshoppe and Penshoppe’s Denimlab Fashion Show here in Manila.

  If you’re someone who’s into KPOP and Fashion, you would know that Sandara Park is a huge style icon not only in Korea but in many countries across the globe, along with her fellow YG Family members, CL and G-Dragon. No wonder why she was chosen as one of Penshoppe’s brand ambassadors.

Well-loved all over Asia, especially by Filipinos, Sandara Park is frontlining the Spring-Summer 2016 campaign of international fashion brand, Penshoppe.

“To say that Sandara is one of Asia’s most sought-after style icons is an understatement,” shares Jeff Bascon, Brand Director of Penshoppe. “She has a strong sense of style that is all about standing out from the crowd. Sandara is still as gorgeous as ever! And yes people, she is 31 years old - she has full access to the fountain of youth!! I’ve seen several KPOP celebrities up close already, but Sandara’s skin truly stands out. She’s glowing and flawless even with minimal makeup. Her skin is just freakin #GOALS.

Penshoppe Denimlab Fashion Show

After the presscon, we headed straight to Trinoma for Penshoppe’s Denimlab Fashion Show. Of course, Sandara is gonna be there too and since the fashion show takes place inside a shopping mall, there were TONS of people waiting for her. All the floors were filled with people - Blackjacks!

And the fashion show begins. Too many beautiful people walking the runway. My eyes can’t even.

I got so excited as Penshoppe showcased their 2016 Denimlab collection for I saw a bunch of trendy pieces that I can already see myself wearing!

      I had so much fun during the Presscon and the Denimlab show. KPOP + Fashion is just a solid blend of awesomeness! I wish I could give Sandara a hug and even a slight glimpse of Park Bom (yes, Park Bom went with Dara here in Manila!), but hey, rubbing elbows with YG stars isn’t a piece of cake. #fangirllife
