Our Forum is now OPEN!!
We are THRILLED to announce that our DaReb’s nursing community forum is open. There are a lot of places on the internet to talk to others, but no place quite like this! We have listened to other nurses and our own hearts to come up with a positive place to collaborate and discuss our passions.
Check out some forum topics, like this one started by Tessa, RN. We need contributors from the nursing trenches. Is your experience like Tessa’s? What have you found that helped?
“The feeling of being overworked and underappreciated resonates with alot of my colleagues. During COVID-19, the nurses at my facility were the only ones to go into the rooms resulting in nurses doing everything from RT work, tech work, to housekeeping. Our doctors did not even go into the COVID rooms unless it was an emergency. Was this the case at your facility? How much work was placed onto nursing staff?
Unfortunately, this is not a new feeling of burnout. Even prior to COVID-19 nurses are still held responsible for literally all care interactions and mistakes even it was not their mistake made. I think this adds to the burnout feeling of being overworked and underappreciated. What do you think?”
Contribute to this and other important conversations at DaRebs. We are about so much more than a product line – we contribute to meaningful charitable organizations, and we use our collective knowledge to brainstorm solutions to real-world problems. It’s not just about discussing our obstacles (although we all need that!) It is about finding and sharing solutions.
