When you finish a project that is exactly what you need... A warm hug to wrap you and make you feel safe, warm and strong, in colora that speak to your heart . I loved doing the 'Eyeball Shawl' by @westknits not only because it speaks to my optometrist training and obsession of drawing eyes, or the Greek "Evil eye" tradition... but because it is interesting and fierce! And it reminds me that I am always willing to dare and explore new boundaries... having fun! #dareyourself . I opened my eyes, realizing that making mistakes, failing multiple times, having people talking bad behind me and being shunned from my friends are not that big of a deal compared to being 40-70 years old sitting on a chair thinking back to myself "I should've done this and that when I was younger".. . Damn.. regret is so scary.. so I try not to mind making those mistakes where people criticize me, complain about me and talk shit about me even though I'm afraid of all those voices getting into my head and heart.. . I just don't want to take my last breath thinking "I should've do what makes me happy instead of trying to satisfy others".. .
