Card Tips of the Week : Courting Succubus
Damn... it's a tuesday xD lolz But that kinda makes me go and help you guys for today... that and I'm in a really huge mood of procrastination right now...
Ah... These sexy devils xD lolz xP Now, for you DI players, you guys better not do anything to curse me for my suggestions... Although.. never knew there was a succubus that would actually court before they sleep with a human. Always thought that they'd seduce us men...
So, with her ability, it's a soul charge as long as your attacking vg or rg that's boosted by her hits your opponents vanguard. The maximum is three, but it's a really hard thing to do considering your opponent knows how disruptive DI's can when they have a large soul. Especially when it's the Amon deck or if you have Reigy. For Amon, it's the delicious nearly impossible power that's hard to block while Reigy gains a critical of +2... making it a 3 critical attacker with only 10k.
Advantage
Ok, so the only advantage is that you can basically get at least 1 soul charge affect as long as you have it boosting your vanguard. It's the most effective way unless you don't attack the rear guards with your vanguard. Always have a back up plan, but none the less, she's really good even though she's a 7k booster.
Disadvantage
Now, the downside is that you have to attack your opponent's vanguard. It's still not a bad deal because some times, you don't want to soul charge all the time. It can't work with Doreen's skill since she has it activating during the stand-by phase. It will definitely work with your Amon though because it doesn't matter when he receives the soul charge as long as it's before you do your final blow with him.
Now... here's the question of the week:
SHOULD THERE BE SUCCUBI AND/ OR INCUBI IN OUR WORLD (DEPENDING ON WHAT YOU INTEND TO DO. SEXUAL PLEASURE OR AS SLAVES... ETC...)?
And before the new year in the East Coast, I've decided to make one more video on my second favorite non Limit Break Deck :3
If anyone has read the manga, then this card should look familiar to you.
Starting Vanguards Part 3
Morning everyone or afternoon xP Yea, I'm posting this at 1:30am in Eastern T.T Oh well, that's what I get for drinking coffee and being determined to finish my quota for Swagbucks xD Anywayz... This will be part 3 for starting Vanguards. I thought, since set 3 is out in English and the extra booster set will be coming out in November with Bermudas, why don't I do the starting vanguard post for them :3
Dark Irregulars:
Vermillion Gatekeeper
Gatekeeper is a nice starting vanguard, yet it's more for the older builds instead of having set 7 coming out. His ability allows you to soul charge once you ride a Dark Irregular g1 on top of him. Yet, it's a nice little combo if you can get Alluring Succubus riding on top of him. This is more of getting your soul ready for a Megablast or freeing Seragael from her restraint.
Greedy Hand
Greedy Hand requires you to remove him out of the soul and later on, use his counter blast to pick out a certain grade 2 or below from your deck and put it into the soul with him. To me, this is a nice card for a Edel Rose build or, you can trick your opponent and help Death Anchor and Amon. Who knows?
Devil in Shadow
Ah... a little boy in a little blue devil suit and holding a lantern up while being in the graveyard and to be killed by his shadow. Well, other than this cute, yet eerie card art, it's a g3 searcher, so nothing else to say about him.
Pale Moon:
Hades Ringmaster
This ringmaster has the same skill as Gatekeeper, but just to a twist of Pale Moon to the side. He is a nice starter for probably a Robert deck or a Mistress Hurricane deck or even Nightmare Doll Amy deck? Well, this is a really hard useful card, but it can also give a higher chance of drawing Crimson Beast Tamer, right?
Girl Who Crossed the Gap
Girl is a new addition from set 7. She uses a counter blast, but has an ability of switching her place with another card from the soul. You can bring back out another Nightmare Doll Alice or a Turquoise Beast Tamer while Crimson is still in the soul. Yet, with a Lequier build, she is really useful. For each card that comes out of the soul, Lequier gains an extra 3k power.
Lark Pigeon
Ah, this mysterious pigeon. He was used way before set 7 came out. His ability is rather unique, because he can be called out from the soul as a guard of 10k power, but you can't have any cards in your hands if you want to activate this skill. So, it's like a surprise last minute resort guarder.
Innocent Magician
Aw... He's so cute! No wonder he's called the Innocent Magician >w< Well, other than that, another grade 3 searcher xP
Tachikaze
Dragon Egg
He's the main and only starter until set 8 comes out. He can pop out of the soul and is always used mainly as a rearguard retire for Cannon Gear or Death Rex. Yet, with his skill being able to revive from the dead, he can be retired again or used as a shield. Your choice.
Army Dragon, Raptor Soldier
At the current moment, this card is from set 8. It is translated as part of a Tachikaze Chain called Army Dragon. It allows you to search for either the g2 or g3 once you ride the grade 1 on top of it, just like how Lox is. That's kind of it other than being able to go out to the rear if you don't ride it's respective g1 chain.
Bermuda Triangle:
Bermuda Triangle Cadet, Riviere
This is the starter for the Riviere chain. This card allows you to search your respective g2 or g3 by looking at the top 7 cards from your deck. Then you shuffle your deck afterwards. Other than that, it can pop out of the rear and be a booster if you don't Mermaid Idol, Riviere. Then, ride Lena as your g3 and return her and you have a 10k shield in your hand.
Bermuda Triangle Cadet, Weddell
This card is a bit handy when you feel like bringing in back one of your cards to your hand. It's like Flores, but you just move her back into the soul, and you can only use her skill once. The best option for her is to call back Blazers Pleasures since their skill can give an extra 2k boost to a Bermuda of your choosing. So... you have a flute and you need as much power as you can to finish your opponent of. Call out Blazers, use the skill, use Weddell's and bring back Blazers, then call out Blazers again and Voila! Blazers gives an extra 4k for the turn!
Bermuda Triangle Cadet, Shizuku
Shizuku looks like your average Japanese teenage mermaid going to shop for new clothes. Yet, other than that, she's only another g3 searcher xD What else is there more to say?
Well, that's all for this post. There will be more in the next one and a few more updates to a few clans for starters as well. Any suggestions for other topics?
Well, if you've been going on to youtube, I've already posted some reviews of the newest set, Rampage of the Beast(s) [King]. This is the Dark Irregular edition ;D
