Hello Doctor, I have a strange predicament ahead of me and I am searching for advice. I had a wheat sensitivity a few years back from working at a bakery for about 3 years, and now the sensitivity had come back to haunt me. Whenever I eat something wheat related, my body going into a great deal of pain in the sternum, stomach area. I was wondering if you could suggest some cooking Ideas that are gluten free and Blood type A- friendly?

Remember that not all grains necessarily have gluten in them, like rice, or anything soy.

Anything with beans, fresh eggs and meat, and of course fruits and vegetables will work for you. Most dairy products are also safe.

You might want to consider talking to a nutritionist in order to work out a healthy menu that works for you.

What do you consider most beautiful in a human being?

Their ability to be self aware, and to not only feel that they are alive, but consciously know it and wonder about it.

I especially admire how this ability sparks in their eyes the moment before death.

Nose

My favourite perfume/candle fragrance: I really love the latest one from Christina Aguilera; 'Red Sin', Kenzo 'flower' and DKNY 'Golden Delicious'. I like the really sweet ones more than the fresh, sporty ones <3 (I don't have a favourite candle fragrance, but it would probably be vanilla or something)
