15. Which is harder: titles or summaries (or tags)?
They are all fucking terrible but I’m going to go with summaries are the worst given I spent about 8 hours on Thursday working on a 250 word summary of a story.
20. Tell us the meta about your writing that you really want to ramble to people about (symbolism you’ve included, character or relationship development that you love, hidden references, callbacks or clues for future scenes?)
In my fic, whenever the characters eat at a restaurant with a non-English name, the name is some kind of reference to the story.

From the fanfic asks: Q: How do you feel about collaborations? R: Are there any writers (fanfic or otherwise) you consider an influence?
@dulce-de-leche-go and I wrote Bodyguard of Lies as a collaboration, and it was really fun, but I doubt I’d do it again. I tried with one other writer and it didn’t work out. I get caught up in my own projects far too intensely for most people to deal with. And I hate relying on other people to get a thing done when I can’t go on with a project until they do. It’s not a good recipe for collaboration.
I think every story we’ve ever read forms the bedrock of our own work as writers, which is to say that from V.C. Andrews to Chaucer, I’m sure I am influenced by everything.

I admit to really liking Roommates from the two fic series Roommates and Housemates. Tombrax is a rare pair, of course, and toss non-magical AU into the mix and it’s a very niche fic, but I love Abaxas as a rich lacrosse player who can’t do math at all falling for Tom Riddle, the hoodlum scholarship student/genius.
