Hi, I was wondering what the legal minimum for number of cards in a deck is? I can never remember if it's 60 or a different number. Thanks!
60+ for normal constructed formats such as Standard/Modern/etc.
40+ for limited (Sealed Deck and Draft)
Exactly 100 for Commander (including the Commander)
Other fringe formats will have other requirements
If I have Sky Skiff out on the battlefield (played the previous turn) and I play Weldfast Monitor, can I tap it to activate Sky Skiff's ability immediately or do I have to wait for summoning sickness to go away?
You can use any untapped creature to crew a vehicle, even if that creature just resolved. Summoning sickness only matters for abilities of the creature itself that include the tap symbol in the cost.
