on another note i class it as a dark academia type of film which is one i don't see bought up when people talk about da on screen so if you're looking for a da film watch this. oh and the cinematography is just beautiful. long story short just watch it

I recently watched both of these movies. And, I really liked them. They are dark, moody, and surreal. The Neon Demon and Lost River. I recommend if you like slow burn, visually dark and beautifully strange type of films. Both have great scores to. #lostriver #theneondemon #darkfilms
