#carpe noctem#first draft of the cover#i was going for somwthing closer to traditional caligraphy art#but I'm simply not that skilled so I ended up scrapping a few of my initial ideas#and then i realized that using a digital art program meant I could do more too#the second draft is god awful though#thanks a million to my friend#darklittleone#for giving me tips and pointers#or that cover would look SO GROSS still
