Based on @lananiscorner 's entry for the story , I have a feeling the phrase above would come to mind, as that is what Strife tells him in Genesis. Day 7 #Imagine Darksiders IV

"So... a setup, wasn't it? What's that all about?"

"Buddy, I almost died back then so I'm in a pretty bad mood. You'd better start talking when I'm still asking nicely."

Right before the apocalypse, Strife was sent out on a mission that had been compromised and nearly got him killed in the process. Later, the White Rider managed to catch a Watcher for interrogation. The things the sprite told him were... disturbing. After that, he travelled straight towards Earth to see for himself.

The grace period for late submissions has officially passed and thus we come to the end of Darksiders Week 2020! I would like to thank everyone who participated in this mini event, whether it was through fanart or fanfic, imagines or prompts, reblogs or likes or encouraging comments. You proved once again that even though these games are rated M for Murderous, the fandom around them frequently is one of the most encouraging and wholesome there is!

I could definitely see myself hosting this event again in 2021... maybe sometime during the summer?

Feel free to let me know what you think via reblog/comment/ask/DM/carrier pigeon, and also if there are any changes/improvements you would like to see in another Darksiders Week.

I know this has already been drawn by @sophi-s , but this is what I want to see in the next game for Day 7: Imagine Darksiders 4. I cried when Rampage died, and to possibly see a reunion between the two would be beautiful.

Here's my entry for Day 6: Supporting Characters, my fav soul dealer Vulgrim.!! I swear, he's in every game, and I squee in excitement whenever he's on screen. Funniest quips and Voice lines, especially with Fury and Strife, and such a greedy little floating gremlin.

Day 3 #Shipping: Part 2

"Lass, I dun' even wanna know where ye found this un..."

For the Reader ship I've decided to draw something a little different.

Raphael (design belongs to @coloredgravity ) and a Fem!Reader. Yes, I know it's a bit strange but I just really wanted to paint the sad and mad angel healer. Long story short, she accidentally found him, stayed long enough for him to start associating her with kind words, compassion and gentleness and at some point he wouldn't allow her to leave anymore. She had no other choice but to take him back to Heaven with her. Needless to say, Ulthane was unhappy.

I actually wanted to write a fic about it but I just... I can't. It's so hard.

If I keep this up I'll just write some headcannons and be done :(

Also, this face is going to haunt my nightmares. Not Raphael's. Human's. I did her nose SIX TIMES. And it's still so ugly :I
