Another message from the coordinator:

Just wanted to give you all an update on the situation. Unpacking progressed a lot during the week and today I think I found where the extras might be. I’m planning to tackle it early in the week now that most the dust has settled. Feel free to email me ([email protected]) in the meantime with any questions, concerns, address changes, or requests for refunds. I’d also like to add on, that anyone who requests a refund will still receive a digital copy.

Update

The coordinator has made her final relocation into Mexico which is where all the supplies are. It’s just a matter of finding where the zine extras are among all that came with the move.

In addition, once enough stuff is cleared out from the move, the zine pdf will go through a quick final review and then distributed to all who preordered.

Also as a reminder to all, refunds are available to everyone up until the zine is shipped. Those who request a refund will still receive a digital copy of the zine. For refunds, email [email protected].

Hello all, here is a new update. Unfortunately we do not have any progress since last update in regard to zine & extra status. We have very little information to go on as the coordinator has kept most details to themselves including who purchased the zine and extras. We apologize for the time this production has taken place, the sporadic updates, and lack of progress. We’re still trying to sync with the coordinator on status of the zine, but as stated, we’re not getting any response. We’re being pushed out of the production process and trying our best to find a resolution. In a previous post the coordinator’s contact information was listed and here it is again in case anyone has missed it.

The coordinator has reached out and we’re going to copy and paste their post from the zine discord so that way everyone has the most up to date information on the situation currently: Hey guys I’m really sorry that the production has gone on so slow. It’s entirely my fault since the only thing left to make was the zine itself and I’ve made it impossible for either of the mods to get the actual documents needed for it

As for the money it’s all in the tictail account and paypal since I’ve been using my money for costs up till now to avoid transfer fees.

 As as soon as I got back home I’ve been updating people that messaged me the following. So if you know anyone that wants a refund tell them to contact me [email protected] since I can’t look into the zine email.

That same email is paypal email all the money for the zine went to with the exception for the market place purchases. Those are still with tictail. I’m unsure how returns work there though so if people are unable to request refund I can just directly deposit the money as well. 

Also I’m unable to see if anyone tries to message me through twitter or tumblr as I haven’t been able to use either without my computer. Email is best. But to confirm with everyone for blacklisting it is dollarincash on both. 

I am very sorry that you had to go through such a round about way to get an update. I’m the one who’s holding the money therefore in charge of production. However, due to several personal issues, the main bulk of the production process kept on getting delayed. It is in no way the faults of the other two mods working on this zine. I am finally back in my home country which means I’ll be able to complete. Final stages of production should kick off right after I recover as well as the promised pdf. From then on it shouldn’t take more than two months to get everything ready and shipped. 

 However, due to the situation I’ve caused, I’m offering anyone a complete refund while still receiving the pdf copy. This will not effect the production of the zines in any way. I’ll also be sure that there are more frequent updates on the tumblr and twitter in the future. But for a long while it was only the other two mods and they did their hardest to keep everyone updated so please don’t link them to my blunders. They did their best at keeping everyone up to date with little knowledge of what what was happening on my end. I hope this helps and I’m truly sorry for the irritation this zine has caused you. It was meant to be an fun project, not a headache for everyone.
