Submission: So I got that goin' for me, which is nice
By golfing at Augusta, Condoleezza Rice and Darla Moore did little more than punch a couple of golfball-sized holes in a single, superficial pane of the massive glass ceiling that still looms over most of America. A good cartoon.

Changing the Game — Darla Moore and Condoleeza Rice
Leave it to Darla Moore to shake up a system, shatter a gender barrier and hightail 8000 miles away to duck the spotlight.
“I’m in Nairobi,” Moore said when I reached her on her cell phone Monday morning, after the news broke that she and Condoleezza Rice…

You’ve probably never heard of Peter Sivere, a former compliance officer atJPMorgan Chase & Co. (JPM)

Women at Augusta and other
So, today is a historic day in the world of sports. For the first time in history, women have been invited to become members at Augusta National Golf Course. These women are former Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice and South Carolina financier Darla Moore. In my opinion, this should have happened a long time ago, but the club has the right to make it's own decision. But I am happy to see women get the chance to be invited into such a prestigious club.
Has anyone been watching the Little League World Series? I hope so! It has been so exciting and fun. Watching the team from Uganda(the first African team to play in the LLWS) play and to see how excited they are, is just amazing. The game last night between Chinese Taipei and Japan was also great. They played almost 3 extra innings and the game was won by Japan with a 2-run HR in the bottom of the ninth. Both starting pitchers struck out 11 in 6 shut-out innings.
Another interesting game in baseball was the 19 inning game between the Pirates and the Cardinals. Last year, the Pirates came up short in the 19th inning by way of a bad call. This year, they were on the other end. Going into the 19th, the two were locked in a 3-3 tie. With one out in the top of the 19th, Pedro Alverez hit a Home Run then Andrew McCutchen brought in two more runs with a single. The Pirates then finished the Cardinals with a 1-2-3 inning.
