I have the 10 gallon because I'm NOT going to have the time/energy to do thrice weekly water changes when the semester starts back up, but yeah -- the only people I've seen with anything bigger than that with a betta have been SRS FISH PPL and their tanks are so heavily planted with live plants that it's basically a LEGIT POND.
[and here in america we have petco and petsmart as our big chains, but i think i need to go to the local aquarium store here for some other non-essential-but-beneficial stuff when my loan money comes in.~~~]

Well there is only one and they only fixed it because I needed it. (that really should have been a warning sign!!) I'm not overly damaged due to the experience (bar my ankle!) either way tomorrow I refuse to use it, I will brave my crutches - cause Jesus I don't want to re-live that!
