But it's also got the three other song sillies in the TVs becuz i thought it'd be a cute way to have them all together :3

While Local and I goof off, of course, we like to sing, so naturally we found ourselves drawn to Flavor Foley songs since they're PEAK. Our friend group really likes these songs, and Local gave me the idea of just putting our Sonas singing the songs since we did, so I figured, "heck, yeah, I'mma draw them combined with Miku and Teto now!"
Usually, when it comes to designing stuff for friends, they are the one who makes the ideas and writes them down for me to draw- or at least thats usually how me and Local do it.
So as we're talking about it, I write all the stuff down they say they'd like to see in the design, and I run off that. It's usually how the process goes at first, then i jump around a bunch of sketches, get opinions, change stuff, and then finally, when im happy with it, I'll show it!
Callo's Suit ended up being heavily based on one of the official drawings that Rice made of Miku in a suit. Since that was the closest thing we could find to compare with what Local was thinking of.
Callo was relatively simple, just some small what should i do specifically was changed and moved around. Callo's normal hairdo had to be changed a bit so that it'd look more pleasing with the side ponytail. Orginally it was just going to be a normal ponytail, and it was just going to swing around behind them, but that didn't exactly fit very well so making it similarly styled to how Miku's pigtails are was way better.
Colors are always a big thing, and since Callo's hair is already Blue I had ALOT of shades I could've done. I ended up grabbing 4 different shades; one that was just Miku's hair color, another that was Callo's usual hair color but a shade darker, and two that were inbetweens. The one that was closer to Callo's actual hair color ended up being liked better. Because the original colors were not it for him. . .
Now, for Max, he was a tiny bit more complicated to figure out what I wanted. I had written down far fewer notes on him than Callo so I was fumbling. I was originally going to see if there was a more masculine option I could try to doodle out, but I ended up feeling like making him wear something he wouldn't usually wear added a bit more to him. It also made the job of clothes easier.
For the most part Max is wearing the same thing as Teto but with some small differences. The hair bow is a headband now, the thigh highs have been replaced with striped tights, his shirt has more stars, and of course, he's got his tail. His hair isn't as straight and blocky as Teto's, so i just decided to lean all in on the curved lines instead of making it straight. As much as I wanted to try to copy the Rhythm Heaven artstyle and mimic the style they did for Static- I just didn't want to in the end lol. While drawing, I realized it was far too much work and I want to draw them in that moment without having to study new art styles. So they're just in my regular art style lol, just with small differences to slightly refer back to their source's style.
Max's pose was basically taken from the concept art that Inkopolis(the artist for Spoken For) posted online. Now- before i had drawn Max digitally i DID draw him over Teto in the traditional way. I wasn't putting much thought into the design for this was it's basically the same thing.
There were a few ideas for max that I scrapped because they just weren't good or I didn't like them. Like the kinda bunny ear-looking headband bow and white bands being on the tail. The top bow being on the headband just wasn't giving what I wanted so i didn't put it there :P I still do like to imagine that the bow can move places if you slide it onto different parts of the headband. So it can be there if max wants it to be still! As for the bands, Max usually has black versions of them on but I just didn't like them here. I don't know- it made the tail more eye-catching and that's not what I wanted
Anywho- yeah! Maybe I'll yap about the designs I made for my friends Aubree and Evelynie, who are over the songs BirdBrain and Butcher Vanity. Which I KNOW THAT BIRDBRAIN ISN'T A FLAVOR FOLEY SONG. But i like Jamie Paige ALOT so it's the exception
