I'm happy to see so many of these guys around the last few years, even though they're literally always out to cause problems on purpose it seems.

Swamp darner.  A first for me.

So, I was moving my plants to the garage so that a guy could power wash the house and realized I had a hitchhiker on my fuchsia.  It didn’t move.  I finally got it off but it was on its back.  Typical old man, my dad tried to pick it up by its wings and tore almost a whole wing off.  Ugh, I told him to leave it alone.  Probably killed it because it was gone when I got back.
