I’m a little confused by what you’re getting at here. AfO was likely waiting at the warehouse since he can’t warp himself with that quirk:

what if deku was born with afo's quirk but afo took it from him and is planning to give shigaraki the quirk he stole from deku when he was ready because I doubt afo would give shigaraki his quirk and lose his power(afo)

A good prompt for a fanfic, and I think I’ve seen it done somewhere, but I wouldn’t be sold on the idea myself.

–AfO wouldn’t have a reason to take a quirk away from his son - traumatize and create another enemy from his own family? History may repeat itself, but hm you think he’d learn. pff

–”One for All” is a quirk that cannot be taken by force, only given freely with intent. By that logic, since “One for All” is the brother quirk of “All for One,” the quirk “All for One” should not be able to be stolen.

–I honestly still fail to see what AfO sees in Shigaraki. Sure, Shigaraki is warped, but he has a long way to go to become “the next me[All for One/Emperor of Darkness]” like AfO implied, and I fail to see why AfO would take a quirk from his son to give it to a strange, warped child. I guess AfO doesn’t trust familial bonds in this scenario (which is understandable considering his brother)

–Though I do agree that I doubt AfO would give Shigaraki the All for One base quirk, though AfO implies at Kamino that he’s collecting quirks that he intends to give to Shigaraki. (When he was crushing Best Jeanist - can’t really call that a fight) “[Best Jeanist’s] quirk wouldn’t suit Tomura.”

The “Good Doctor”

In our series “I am...” ( @swiftwidget)

we introduce a character known as the Good Doctor. His character is based heavily on my headcanons for this doctor from Izuku’s childhood:

a rude man who has no qualms crushing the dreams of children 

who I think is the same “doctor” who helped AfO:
