Hey Dek. I just want to check in with you and see how you are doing. I know you have had a lot of unpleasant life changes this week and they all seem a bit overwhelming. I just wanted to remind you that you are smart witty beautiful and worthy and talented. Even if the circumstances around you are changing for worse or better these traits and characteristics about you stand no matter what. Please remember this and I hope I'm not crossing any boundaries.
