yeah I really don't understand all the stella hype. everyone's like she's the best part of season 3 cause she's so hot and im like ??? first of all there are so many beautiful people on the show not just her and secondly her character was basically pointless and they did nothing for her development and her romantic interactions with piper were awkward and forced and no one understood them. I just really don't get it. im not a fan of this new character

like she’s beautiful, there’s no doubt about it, but apart from that her presence on the show makes absolutely no sense at all. it’s like the writers were thinking ‘hmmm, we need a hot lesbian to distract piper from alex and force them apart because piper’s shitty and cheats on everyone.’ and then just plopped her on the show. aside from her telling piper a basic overview of her parents and stuff, there was really no back story to her so i don’t think anyone got emotionally attached to her.

AND SHE BARELY EVEN MIXED WITH THE OTHER INMATES. that’s what pisses me off the most because it makes it so goddamn clear that her purpose on the show was only to serve to advancing piper’s shitty storyline, AND SHE WASN’T EVEN TERRIBLY NEEDED. like, they could have forced alex and piper apart for so many other reasons rather than adding in a new and unneeded character.
