♡ basics.

♡ three facts.

1) went snorkelling last month & got circled by 3 sharks when i was just trying to look at fishies on the reef. it was a not a very fun time in the moment, but i ended up seeing turtles , stingrays, eels & a lionfish in the same outing so the experience did balance out ! 2) in high school, my friends ran a ' fan page ' of me on facebook as an inside joke, mostly just unflattering photos & memes . i thought it was pretty funny at the time & forgot all about it, but a few years back someone i just started seeing told me he found it & said he almost pissed himself laughing. it was a very humbling experience lmfao. unfortunately it's still up because i am not the page owner so ... i guess it's just my legacy 3) i used to be pretty decent at chinese calligraphy & would display my pieces at art exhibitions. due to work becoming pretty busy the past few years, i've fallen out of the habit of practicing, but i still write the occasional lunar new year greeting for friends & family!

♡ experience. how long ( months/years? ):

i've been writing for about 10 years . i've been active on forums, tumblr rpgs, discord, emails , gdocs ... uh, you name it. derek hale from teen wolf + sebastian michaelis from black butler were my 2 most active single muse blogs that i kept for over 3+ years. i've retired both because of how busy life has been lately, but i love the friends i've made in those communities

♡ muse preferences.

female or male: i mostly write male muses, simply because there is something delicious about male rage & also bc i am yaoipilled. the latter part is a joke. i do write fem muses, but rarely on single-blog because there is a horrible lack of reception for more complex / problematic female muses in the rpc for some reason? idk what that says about the rpc but. that's just the way it is. fluff, angst, or smut: i prefer angst & smut. fluff doesn't really appeal to me, but it ultimately depends on muse dynamics. if we have an interesting dynamic we could write about our muses going shopping for ikea furniture, like idgaf plots or memes: i prefer to plot & will usually reach out to new mutuals to do so! i'm drawn more towards pre-established & well-planned dynamics, & tend to feel more motivation to continue threads on that basis. ofc i'm happy to start off interactions with memes, but the best way to write with me is by plotting. long or short replies: 1-3 paragraphs is the default, but depending on the thread type & my motivation, that can vary! i don't practice or encourage others to match length. best time to write: generally at night after my corpo slave duties. are you like your muse(s)?: some of them more than others. i don't think i'm similar in obvious ways, but there's usually traits in their character that attract me to write them in the first place.

your result: doing things for them without being asked to

you're observant and you know your loved ones so well, you know when to do things for them without having to ask (or be asked) what they need. they don't always know how much you do for them; there's no need pointing it out, you're just happy to help. you do things simply to make others feel better and lighten their burdens, and expect nothing in return: their happiness is enough for you, even if they don't always know you're the one who caused it. still, as good as it might feel to give and give and keep on giving, please allow them to do things for you in return. people feel better when they're being helpful (you should know this, more than anyone) and no matter how hard it might feel for you to accept help from someone, you should take it when they readily give it to you. you deserve to be loved in the way you love them, too. you won't be a burden -- and remember: a real friend will love you even when you're not constantly being useful, because your company is more than enough.
