Nexux hummed a tune to himself as he tapped away on the holopads before him, tuning out his surroundings as he finished getting his stuff setup. All around him, night club staff were moving back and forth, preparing for another long night of heavy music, dancing bodies and drunk human shenanigans.

The musically-inclined reploid only glanced away from the holopads when an e-tank was placed beside the setup, a staff member nodding to him with a smile. Nexux nodded his head in return and signed ‘Thank you’ to them.

Only once the staff member had walked away did Nexux pick up the e-tank and turned his back on the rest of the night club. Leaning back against the sturdy DJ Booth, he opened the e-tank and gently tugged his facial mask down so he could take a sip. Ahh, raspberry flavor. He liked this flavor.

Checking his internal clock, it was only half-an-hour until the club opened for the evening.

Thankfully, he’d pretty much mostly gotten his setup finished. Just a few finishing touches and he’d be ready to be tonight’s DJ. And it was going to be a fun night with a few new tunes he’d compiled.

Nexux let himself smile a little, before taking another drink of his e-tank, then lifting his mask back up and turning around to make those finishing touches.
